hello I received an email from PayPal regarding a case they told me (You have to send the item(s) to the return shipping address mentioned and upload the tracking information.) please I do not know what I shall do I sent a message to the seller asking for a return label he refused to send me a return label and he told me he do not accept he returns can you tell me what I shall do ?
