I bought products with Express shipping and items came a month later and items were not as stated in description. Filed a claim with PayPal and this company has 10 days to refund my money!

i am having the same kind of problem and i dont know if i filled out the form correctly, and i have tried several time to contact the merchant but they have never gotten back to me . do not know what else to do. any suggestions?

file a complaint with PayPal thats all you can do DO NOT let these scammers get away with this

What rule was broken ?? Just trying to get help on how to get my money refunded because the item sold to me was horrible and I paid a lot for them
