Paypal recently sent an email in which I must supply DOB on a seller of an artist workshop. Why they need that is outrageous and seems to be a scam. I messaged and called many times on this with no answer. I even placed a dispute on this sale. Still account is limited and I am steadfast and wants to clear my name and account since I have had this since 2005.
