limited time to restore balance but PayPal have restricted all methods of adding money to my account

Hi everyone I am extremely distressed as received an email from Paypal the other day to inform me they will be closing my account and that I have until then to correct a negative balance. I am more than willing to pay this balance, however due to what I believe must be the limitations on my account, no method of repaying this balance is working. If I try to add money to my account through the website or app, it comes up with an error message telling me to contact PayPal if I need help. I have also tried to pay the amount through bank transfer using my customer reference number, however this has just been refunded to my bank account every time. Furthermore, it is suddenly not allowing my account to receive payment from other users either. 

I have been trying to contact customer support on different platforms and have received no response, though I understand this will be because of a delay caused by Covid-19

Please could someone tell me what I should do as I would very much like to pay the balance I owe and resolve this, and as an 18 year old full time student  am absolutely terrified that PayPal will take this further if I don't, though as I said, I currently have no way of doing.

Ways to clear a negative balance.

1. Transfer funds from your bank account via "add funds" if you choose the faster method it should be done quickly.

2. Sometimes the quickest and easiest way is to get a mate or family member to send you a payment to your paypal via the friends / family option (as long as they don't fund it with a card there is no fee).

3. Via a card over the phone with paypal.
