limited paypal

hello, I have a limited PayPal account problem I sent all the info but every time they refused my Infos 

so can you help with it , I have this problem before 1 week

The same thing has happened to me. My account was limited because "my actions were were against policy". What actions would that be...paying my bills on time? I have been with PayPal for 15 years without an issue. Now you tell me my account was obtained using stolen information? No...my account was hacked and PayPal has done nothing to help me.
