My paypal account got limited because they said I'm not 18 based on my picture of my driver's license, but my birthday is October 17, 2001 and my license reflects that, so I don't understand why they think I'm under 18. It won't let me dispute it either, it just says I'm limited and there's nothing I can do about it. Could someone help, because I have a fair bit of money on this account.
