so I made a PayPal account because I do a lot of buying and reselling of clothes and whatnot, I got up to $1,300 in my PayPal but it's been limited because there's too much money in it and I need to prove it 18, but obviously I'm not, is there any way to get the money? if I or my mother calls explaining it and see if we can send the money to my mum's account and delete my account or something, surely they would understand because it's a lot of money, what's my best bet to get the money back? Please help

Paypal does not allow account holders under the age of 18.
PayPal asks for a birth date when you register so whilst you can make a PayPal account with false information the account will be subject to sending and receiving limits.
When you reach those limits you will be unable to verify your account so your account would be locked for further use.
Minors can’t enter legal contracts so you won’t have any recourse to get your money back.
When you are 18 then you would be able to open an account and then contact customer services and they 'may' transfer the funds from your limited account for you.
