limited account for no reason

My paypal account has been limited for no reason at all.I read all the terms and conditions and I am compliant to all their regulations.  canybody help with it /I tried the resolution center with no result

Paypal doesn't limit accounts for no reasons, why would that benefit them?

When you ''open and use'' a paypal account paypal earn money so why would they want to close or limit them?

Dear friend it is really with no reason at all .I went back to terms and conditions and I revised them one by one and I could not find any contradiction or anything not compliant to their terms whatsoever, By the way the limitation touched a lot of accounts here  even my daughter's who barely uses its account and if she does it is to buy a software of any goods.
