I am trying to transfer money from my paypal account (UK) to my Revolut account. Paypal have limited my access, saying they need to conform my ID and my bank's ID. I confirmed my ID this morning and tried to confirm my revolut details but despite having searched high and low for how to do this, I can't, namely becuase when I try, they say "there is an issue with your account" (which I aleady know and am trying to fix.) They refuse to let me talk to anyone in managment , have stopped my ability to pay anyone, and tell me simply to "call them" which is not free. Incredible. So the issue is card verification, I think, but they won;t let me access my cards, becuase there is an issue with card verification. You couldn't make it up, and now the "advisors" are not responding. (neither are twitter paypal support)  Can anyone help?
