Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

I'm having the same issue as well. Already tried contacting all the emails that they for customer service and I only received 1 response and it wasn't even helpful. 😞 Can anyone help me please

customer service is 100% unusefull, only answer they provide is "you account is limited, we cannot provide more details."
