i have this 50 dollars in my account for the past 13 years or more. i am from africa and an old friend in the u.s registered this paypal account for me and i funded it with greendot back then . but unfortunately for me i could use this account cos i dont have a u.s bank account. so how do i get my money out since i don't have a u.s bank account will i just leave it there in vain?
