limitations when not a business

Hello, I have a problem with my account. It currently has limits and I'm unable to withdraw funds from my PayPal balance into my bank account. When I'm asked to verify and resolve the matter, it is asking my for business details. The problem is that I do not have a business. When contacting PayPal, all I have received is automatic responses and no help, which has led me to this community. If a Moderator is available to contact me directly regarding this matter, I would be grateful.

Well you do have a business account. You can downgrade to a personal account by contacting customer service or change the business type to "individual" in your business information settings if you want to use a business account not as a business. go to account settings (gear icon). Not sure it'll allow you to do the latter or if it will get rid of the limitation automatically for that matter. Have to speak with customer service and let them know you're not a business but want to use business account as individual.

Log on, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US or other contact options.
