My paypal account have limitation and asking me provide proof shipment, proof invoice but I don't have the proof invoice because I selling my personal own item and for shipment info I never ship yet and payment already refund to the buyer, so can you advise what I need to do for resolve this issue?
Type up a letter explaining that you are selling your own personal items and do not have proof of invoice for them. Convert it to a pdf and upload it to the case.
