Hi, my account has been subject to a limit
They asked me for proof of identity and proof of address
I sent everything correctly, but after 24 hours I was surprised by a message telling me that they had restricted my account for 180 days.
I call all the lines I find closed, and they don't offer any assistance or explanation.!
Please I need any help in order to appeal this decision.
