limitation on my account - can't upload additional evidence

Hello,

Recently had my account limited and I uploaded my initial docs to get my account reinstated.  Got a little impatient and wasn't sure what to do with the "Check your primary email for more information" area so I re-uploaded my original docs. Well two days later, PayPal support wants more evidence but I don't have an area to re-upload more stuff! I keep sending them emails telling them this, but they keep replying with the same standard reply.

Has anyone else been in this position before? This is what I see in the resolution area:

Here is a PayPal document upload link. When you're done uploading, contact support to let them that their request has been uploaded.
