limitation on my account & cant get funds from my paypal acc back to my bank acc

Paypal incorrectly took funds from my Halifax bank account , I got the amount refunded. the trouble is my paypal acc has a limitation on it & I cant retrieve my money from my paypal account back into my Halifax account because of this. Please help...….

Once you receive money to your PayPal account, the amount can then be transferred to a bank or card using these steps.
