limitation on account

I recieved a limitation on my account and I am not a seller so why is paypal demanding for photo id and receipts to prove im a seller?

Is this a bug or do i need actually submit anything?

I gave my id thats all i could do im not a seller been on hold for over 2 hours now beyond angry at this point

Asked for ID and a receipt to prove I'm a seller. I am not a seller so now what? No way to respond other than o provide what they ask for,. Crazy

this is incredibly stupid, i gave in anyway and uploaded my drivers license and just a screenshot of the last receipt of something i bought with paypal. If thats not enough then I don't know what else they want.
