so i already completed for the Upload ID,Proof the Address and Provide Information. it say All Completed but the limit is not gone. how long it takes?

It varies. And PayPal doesn't lift account limits over the phone. A entirely different dept takes care of account limitations. You can call customer service to follow up but they'll just give you an estimated time.

They keep promising me 72 hours but it' a lie lol

PayPal also emailed me that it would take 2 weeks - been 5 months
