it is normal that someone who get paid from our fees not even to give the possibility to be reached by phone? It’s like I must ask for an audience at the White House/Nasa, maybe it will be easier to reach them. I have my account blocked by 3 years ago because someone spammed my account and nobody verify this, it’s more easy to send a standard email to block my account without verifying the situation.
