sold an item through PayPal good and services for 240 pounds. I had to send it oversea the person who bought it. I did not send a wire to charge the device as we have it heads in the UK to Europe. She reported me to payal saying I sold an item described it differently. I offered her two choices
first she can return the item how it was and I will refund her 220 pounds. or wait and I will send a wire free of charge. she has refused and asking me to refund her 15% so that she can buy a wire herself. Now she is threatening me that she will report me to postal police. I don't want to refund 40 Euro as the wire does not cost that much. can someone help me please I don't know what to do?
