First of all, the product I ordered from web seller "Joram" is linked to the famous liar: Shen <removed>. I only realized it after I received my order.
Secondly, the product I ordered is a large fire pit for outdoor use, it says in the Joram the size is about 23" tall, 17" diameter. What I received is not even bigger then my hand!
Lastly which I also found very frustrated is that Paypal had apparently negotiated with the seller: If I return the product I can get refund. But after checking with the international post service, it will cost me almost 100 CAD$. This is literally the price of the product I ordered. So, I tried to find a Paypal help line to speak with them (since in the Resolution Center I couldn't speak of my voice once the case is open, I just do whatever the custom service asks me to do, funny ehr?). There is no number you can use to call, no people will listen to you in this real world, but only the messages, messages, messages... I feel it is cold and unemotional. Paypal is treating us like bunch of data or numbers!
In the event of a dispute you need to bear in mind possible return trackable costs before you buy from that seller / item / country because....
Paypal state this >>
PayPal is not obliged to reimburse you for any costs that you incur to comply with any of PayPal’s requests for cooperation for the purpose of resolving the problem (including, without limitation, costs that you incur to return a SNAD item to the Payment Recipient or another party as PayPal requests), although sometimes it may reimburse these costs.
Although they will compensate you for some of the cost if you have activated this at some point before you made that transaction.
You also have the option to do a chargeback via your card issuer instead of a Paypal dispute if you funded your Paypal payment via a credit card.
