I've been conned by a chinese seller. The item i was sent was significantly different to what was advertised. The seller has agreed to refund through the resolution centre and i have till the 11th dec to post back this item.
For a start i'm isolating, so cant physically go out, and secondly, i refuse to pay return postage for a mistake made on their behalf! Thirdly they've not provided a readable address, its in chinese. Am i within my rights to expect them to pay the return?
The only option the resolution centre is offering me is to add return tracking details before the 11th which i cant do. Ive waited over an hour for a call from paypal, only to be transferred to another department and cut off.. so now im stuck ! please can anyone advise me ?
