ive requested the wrong amount back on a refund

I have made a mistake and put in for less on a refund than I would like by mistake. How do I change this as I would like the full refund?

Unfortunately, there is no documentation on how to do that from our accounts so its rather a done deal. Perhaps contact customer service to see if they are able to change it. Customer service may suggest that you work it out with the seller if they can't change it.
