item lost, Paypal in not responding for case over one & half month now .

bought 2 items in mid March on eBay in 223 US$  , keep waited for items as virus spread & closed everything but still no sign of items & shipping tracking no. showing it was shipped by seller but nothing further, open PP case in early July & escalated on july 15 buy since then papal showing the case under review & keep dragging the final date . try to contact them but no reply of my a dozen messages . what can be done here ?

You wait, if you keep sending multiple messages and everyone else does the same then its no wonder they are bogged down and everything is delayed.

Paypal is inundated with claims from buyers that bought tat from these China web sites or Social Media ads, so all claims are being pushed back.

You have to wait your turn in the long queue until paypal get around to reviewing it for you.
