Was printing all of my statements in Paypal for year 2017. Everything before August of 2017 said that I had not activity but my bank account states otherwise. At about that time, I had closed my email account and had to update Paypal with a new email address. So it appears that I am missing the information connected to the old email in which I used to be identified and can't get anyone to help me retrieve this information online.
I'm sorry to hear about the unauthorized activity. It sounds like your financial information may have been compromised, and that's definitely a concern!
