HI got this message from an organisation I am trying to get a refund from 

 

Our team has been trying to refund the discounted amount, however due to the dispute raised the system won't allow them to initiate the refund. May I request you to close the dispute and notify me on this email thread so I can ask them to refund the amount immediately. 

 

I'm not sure that this is the case ?
