I call the number and they tell you to communicate through messages. I finally figure out where I can send a message to paypal. Instead of chatting with a live person you chat with a personal assistant (robot). I currently have a dispute. It has taken nearly two months for paypal to do anything about the case. PAYPAL YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. YOU SHOULD PUT IN MORE OF AN EFFORT TO GIVE THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT YOU CAN. AFTER ALL YOUR BUSINESS IS ALL ABOUT PEOPLE'S MONEY. so freaken frustrated!
