incomplete refund

I requested a refund from a certain company and they offered a 50% refund. The refund I should have received would be 1/2 of 70.16. What I got was 23.00 that is not 50%. How do I get the rest of my refund?

Maybe seller meant 50% of item price? Contact seller for clarification.

Sorry, I took so long to reply. The 50% off was to try and get me to accept their offer of a payoff from a dispute.
