id like to get my paypal account back

i made an account when i was about 16 not realizing the age limit and got my account disabled and i would like to get it back now that im 18

You would never be able to get that paypal account back again as it was illegally made whilst you were underage.

BUT you should be able to contact customer services and sometimes they allow you to open a second account now that you are of age.

This is however not guaranteed as they don't always want you to open another account when you broke their rules first time around.
