i contacted PayPal and put in a claim, it went to the resolution center 23 July 2020.
the date of the resolution came and went.
i tried calling PayPal, i was on hold for hours.
i tried emailing, then i got chatting to the robot.
the robot replied as Mary saying that as i had received the useless chain it was filed under the incorrect category and that it was to go through the resolution center again.
