i need help ,i got acount limitation and i dont know what to do????

hello guy !

i have two paypals accounts . and recently i want to usa my new and one i found it limited.

its have a 2 transactions . one from my friend and one from my account 
when i was looking for a solution i found this to upload , but i dont have it bcz it a personal account and the transactions was made by only simple persons 
 this message : Provide purchase receipt from your supplier . 
WHAT I SHOUD I DO ?

When you receive a payment, PayPal typically thinks you are selling something and they want to know where you get the item you are selling from. So you must upload a purchase receipt.

If you do not have a purchase receipt, you have to write a letter to explain why you do not have one. Is the payment for a service? Is it an old used item and the receipt is lost? etc. Or, explain why you received the payment if you can't upload or don't have a purchase receipt.

Then you pdf the letter and upload it to the case.
