maybe some one had acces to my account or it aws an auto payyement but im sure its not because ive never orked ith that site before 

also the payyement is still pending idk how to report this

It has to be a completed charge before you can dispute it but see if it gives you any option by doing this:

Locate payment transaction in your PayPal account activity, click it, then click "Report a problem" and select:

I want to report unauthorized activity  

Report suspicious activity, transactions and account changes you didn't authorize.

Or, contact the merchant and inform them that this is a fraudulent charge and for them to cancel the order/void the authorization because expect it to be reported as unauthorized when/if it completes.
