i have 1issues after spending several hours on the phone with paypal and email with pay pal i was able to get my permant acct limitaion lifted and recieved a email at 403 am from pay confirming this so this way when my federal taxes get deposited march 4th there will be no problem and avoid the ach deposit from the irs being rejected and sent back anyway i went to sleep around 5am and woke up at 1230 pm this after noon to find another email stating my acct was limited again with no reason i fell this was done in error so please please remove the limitation off my acct my ach comes tommorrow march 4th and i dont want it rejected again im going thru eviction with my apartment and i need this money to avoid me and my kids sleeping in a shelter or in the streets
