i have not used my account since before covid and now i want to start using it again

Hello,

I tried to reactivate my account again, I uploaded the needed information and everything looked nice. 

then I tried to transfer some funds from the Fieldengineer platform to my account then I got the following email : 


Before we can deposit the funds into your account, we need a bit more information about your account or recent transactions. To provide that, just log in to your account, and go to your account overview. Select the More menu, then choose the link that takes you to our Resolution Center.

 

when I log in to the resolution center I cannot find any required information, can anyone help me solve this issue.

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues getting your account back up and running. Normally you should see the option to update / provide more information in that Resolution Center. Since that is not available, I would recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams by clicking Contact at the bottom of any PayPal page for further assistance.
