i have a problem whit my caze

i got this email , but i go check all information but i dont see wher i can respond me i click caze and i dont any button or space for my respond

 

 

If you have a proof of delivery or any additional information to help us resolve this case, please log in to your PayPal account and go to our Resolution Center to send it to us by 1 January 2021.

Here's how:

  Log in to your PayPal account.

  Go to the Rezolution Center.

  Click Respoond in the Action column.

  Follow the instructions to upload or fax your information.

Thanks for your feedback, someone from PayPal reached out, I am working with the local post office to try and find the package
