i filled out the wrong option in the resolutin center

I selected the wrong option in the resolution center and now my case is closed. I didn't realize i selected "unauthorized payment" when i should have selected "payment not as described", the case got closed And now it is not letting me open a new case with the correct option. (it says case closed). Do i need to call paypal or can i change this online? Thanks.
