my account has been on limitation for a couple of days now
how can i recover it ?

Resolving the issues that caused the limitation would be a plan, normally paypal direct you to the message or resolution centre with information on how to do so.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
