how to resolve the paypal case

one month ago one of my buyer open a case because his product was not same in my description and photos.but im send for him real product.after i said him to i need some photos of he received item but he not send me he said only he want money back.then case was closed in ebay but not yet paypal case was under review.i need help how to resolve that case.please

I'm sorry to hear that a buyer has opened a dispute against you. Disputes are usually resolved within 30 days. If the dispute is currently under review, please continue to keep an eye on your email and PayPal account for updates regarding the dispute.
