so i have a 12,000 dollar balance that i had to jump through hoops for paypal to clear , first they help the money fir 180 days then on top of that another six months. its been over a year and they closed my account and say i am bot allowed to do paypal transactions anymore. but ity still allows me to see my money and it says its available .. but when i go to get my money off of it by every possible was i cant.. i hate paypal i wish they woud get their **bleep** together .CAN ANYONE HELP ME PLEASE I HAVE A FAMILY AND A BABY AND IF U KNOW A WAY ILL PAY A REWARD .. HELP
