how to contact and to open a closed case for refund claim
I was charged by paypal auto payment for annual subscription for simply piano. I did not even use it for the first year, but only used the first month. I bought it for my son and did not know it was automatically renewed until I saw unauthorized and unfamiliar charge made by apple shop. And then, I contacted Apple and the simply piano. Both parties apologize and asked me to contact PayPal, but PayPal has closed my transaction was an appropriate by automatic subscription. No, it is not. After that, I cannot continue to request this case with the proof of the refund must be made from PayPal. Have you ever contacted PayPal once the case claimed closed? Then, where did you contact, email address is very needed since I am currently traveling internationally. Please help. Any advises and tips would very much appreciated. Thanks and stay safe!!
