how to close case that is being reviewed by paypal, as a buyer

i bought an item. it never showed and seller ignored my messages. I opened a paypal case and escalated. My item arrived and works as described. There is no button to close the case since it has been escalated.

If you can, call PayPal customer service to have them close the dispute. Click "Help" at the top menu and scroll down to click "Contact Us".

If its too late and you get a refund you can always pay the seller again.
