how to close a dispute

I want to shut down a dispute, but can't find out how to do so.
Can anyone help, please ?

NEVER close a dispute if you don't have your item or refund, even if the seller tells you to do so, so that they can process a refund, as that would be a lie.
You can't close if you have escalated to a claim. You would need to contact customer services in that instance.
Advice is voluntary.
