I am disputing a payment from a seller that not only did not provide the service but on top of it hacked my website, for some obscure reason a robot closed the case at midnight in 3 minutes when obviously no one monitored anything.
I could let it go but it is a question of principle, i am sure some of you have bene through this already and i am willing to listen to any useful feedback.

please avoid repeating <you cant reopen a closed case<< blabla these again are robots but the thing is somebody is maiing money through paypal and they re not robots. so let's be real,
