how do i submit a document to paypal via email?

i am trying to resolve my account limitation and submit documents requested by paypal but am unable to upload them via the transaction activity /resolution centre page of my account as there is no option available to do so. 

Hence is there a paypal email i can send my documents to, so that they can review it accordingly?

I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues uploading docs through the Resolution Center. I would recommend trying another browser or clearing your current browser's cache and history to see if that helps. You may also want to reach out to our Customer Support by clicking Contact at the bottom of any PayPal page for further assistance.
