how do i resolve a account limitation, when I don't have a receipt for what I sold?

Hi, I received a 1918 catalog as a gift and then sold it. PayPal has now put a limit on my account and wants a copy of a receipt. I don't have and states it has to be less then 6 months old. How do I resolve this. The chat feature just sends me on a meaningless loop and trying to call the PayPal help number just gets me a message that all circuits are busy please call again. Please help. Thank you.

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
