I am sending this message to all pay Pal customers, If you have a dispute, don't even bother to settle it . Pay pal will always take the sellers word for it and not look into what really happened to your item that you never received. Why, because the seller had a tracking number that was a scam and that according to the tracking number the item was delivered in the mailbox on a certain date, but it never mentioned the address. I bought a western saddle and I would like to know how in God's name can a western saddle fit into a mailbox? You do the math.
