I got a suspicious email from supposedly paypal and I want to discuss it with a paypal rep. When I call, they say they cannot speak to me. When I go to the website, it says I can have a written conversation with a person, but this is a lie! it's all formula answers and I cannot even ask a question. They give me choices as to what my question is instead. What horrible customer service! Can anyone explain how I can speak to someone at paypal? thanks.
