I placed an order with them April 5th and soon realized it was a scam - "View your order" brought up a blank page and the prices were way too high but I was desperate for hand sanitizer for my immunosuppressed daughter. I went to Whois and saw their domain name was registered only 4 days before I ordered and when I did a search on the company listed on my PayPal account, it was LT Fashion LTD I see endless complaints of their being a scam. Beware of this company!

How do I open a dispute with a seller when a purchase goes wrong?
You can open a dispute in the Resolution Centre of your PayPal account within 180 days of payment if:
•You don’t receive the item
•You receive an item but it’s significantly different than the description on eBay or on the seller’s website
By opening a dispute, you can communicate directly with your seller to work out a problem transaction.
If you reach an agreement with the seller you can close the dispute. If you're still not happy with the result, you can escalate the dispute into a claim. We'll review the claim and decide on reimbursement.
These steps apply to Personal accounts. If you have a Business account, please log in to see the steps that apply to you.
To open a dispute:
1.Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click on the transaction and use the resolve a problem option at the bottom of that details page.
Note:
•Generally buyers must wait at least 7 days from the date of payment to escalate a dispute for an item not received
•Where an item has not been received, please ensure you have given the seller enough time before opening a dispute

DO NOT CLOSE THE DISPUTE UNTIL YOU HAVE A CLEARED REFUND OR YOUR ITEM WHATEVER THE SELLER SAYS. ALSO DON'T FORGET TO ESCALATE THE DISPUTE TO A CLAIM WITHIN 20 DAYS IF THE SELLER DOES NOT REFUND.
If that does not work then if you funded your paypal payment via a card then contact your card issuer and see if they will do a chargeback for you.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Thank you - I have done that already. Terrible that these companies appear during crises to feed off vulnerable people.

Put in a claim to PayPal's Resolution center. I did that and tonight got a notice that my money was refunded since the company never responded to them. Good luck!

I found this out the hard way. I placed an order on April 6 for toilet paper and hand sanitizer with Home and Mart—total $50.97 through Pay Pal. They processed the payment right away at LT Fashions. After I sent two emails inquiring about my order, with no reply, I checked on them with the BBB. Nothing but complaints about the company. I suppose I’m out 50 bucks—lots of money to a 70y/o widow living on a pension. Shame on them!

It's awful, isn't it! I'm 82 living on Soc. Sec. and the $51 I paid could have gone a long way with me. Do put in your situation on the Resolution page. I am expecting to hear in a couple of days from PayPal if they will refund my money. So far homeandmart hasn't responded to them so I am hopeful I can get reimbursed. PayPal should refuse payments to them at all seeing how many got burned by this company. If I get reimbursed I'll add another post.

I saw your complaint about the same company. Tonight I just got a refund from PayPal so I suggest you go to the Resolution Center and put in the information to get a refund. It might take a while. Good luck!
