I'm sorry to hear about the block. 😞 It sounds like you may be encountering a restriction. Typically if this is the case, you will receive an email from us with details as to why it was placed as well as what information we need. You can also find this information in the Resolution Center in your PayPal account. Once you provide the information, we can review and hopefully resolve the limitation. I hope this helps!
