I made a purchase for something as a guest but never received it I emailed the merchant and she does not respond how do i find the transaction so that I can dispute it because it is not on my account due to me being a guest
If you need to open a dispute for a 'guest buyer' transaction then you can.......1. Phone Paypal customer services and see if they will open one for you (difficult at the moment due to covid)OR2. Contact your card issuer for a chargeback.
